Job Description

We are seeking a highly engaged Manager of Revenue Analytics to support a dynamic, evolving and rapidly growing “Go to Market (GTM)” organization (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) as we scale. In this full-time position, you will report to the Director, Revenue Operations with our Go to Market Team leadership as your main stakeholders. You will also work cross-functionally and build relationships within the broader Go To Market organization as well as the rest of Revenue Operations.

You enjoy analyzing business performance and empowering key stakeholders with democratized data and insight. You are eager for continuous improvement and are always evaluating how to make existing reporting better by connecting to new data sources and building automated and repeatable processes. You are a strong communicator with the ability to build consensus and have others buy in to your vision.

What you will do:

  • Lead our growing team of Revenue Data Analysts who serve various Go to Market functions with KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis
  • Mentor and coach the team providing necessary guidance allowing them to grow their skillset and increase their impact
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to develop critical analysis and reporting allowing their businesses to drive greater impact as they continue to grow and mature
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current Analytical processes and tooling to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation
  • Create a process for ingestion of new analysis work as well as clear ongoing communication of the purpose, status, and resulting impact of these initiatives
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing & Client Success Organizations to align market planning and processes, supporting data-driven decision making
  • Drive Revenue data integrity across different system (i.e. Salesforce, Tableau, Intacct, Adaptive, etc.) to ensure accurate reporting and data confidence
  • Develop and report on important SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, Cost to Serve
  • Lead short- and long-term Revenue planning projects working closely with the GTM Executives, the CFO and our FP&A team
  • Partnered with the GTM Executives and the Total Rewards team to develop and maintain variable pay structures
  • Design, build, own & maintain the commission calculators and ensure checks are in place to ensure accuracy of payouts
  • Provide accurate forecasting and actuals tracking across the Go to Market function
  • Design, build and maintain the TAM model (Total Addressable Market) by cross referencing different datasets to provide Sales Leadership broader visibility into regional prospects
  • Work with Go to Market leadership providing necessary tools and analysis for team capacity planning and territory allocations
  • Partner with the Demand Gen team to ensure Sales & Marketing are driving toward similar objectives and have alignment in targets and goals
  • Support the Demand Gen team with Conversion forecast models to run different Marketing Funnel scenarios for their day-to-day Marketing Initiatives to drive better decision making around Marketing Programs Planning.
  • Work in collaboration with others in Revenue Operations, including the Systems and Operations Teams, who you will partner with for project completion

What you bring:

  • This position requires a Bachelors’ degree in finance, accounting, business administration, data analysis or related field and/or minimum of 5 years’ experience in Revenue Analysis, preferably in SaaS
  • Knowledge of data and data manipulation in typical SaaS products such as Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience using analytical frameworks, data, and tools to work on complex projects, facilitate alignment across multiple senior stakeholders reaching actionable answers to challenging and ambiguous problems
  • Well-developed analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required
  • Prior Salesforce and Tableau experience would be highly preferred
  • Prior Adaptive, Intacct, or similar Finance Reporting tool will be a plus
  • Ability to make independent decisions, manage projects and present findings
  • Results-oriented leader who is meticulous in their teams’ quality of work and has ability to work across the organization
  • Strong personal and interactive skills with all levels in the organization
  • Ability to envision the “big picture” while managing the details and focusing on multiple objectives or assignments
  • Promotes teamwork and cooperation to resolve conflicts and ensure achievement of organizational objectives
  • Responds to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work
