Hiring: Assistant Appointment CoordinatorVictoria Ford Alliancerequires a results oriented Assistant Appointment Coordinator to join our quality team. This is a full-time position located at our main office in Saanich, BC. This is a fast paced, high energy position that is responsible for a high level of appointment phone calls and therefore a reception or call centre background would be considered an asset. This position has a rotating shift schedule, some Saturday shifts will be required.
Principal Duties:
- Booking and confirming service appointments;
- Assists with scheduling shop work;
- Answering service telephones;
- General assistance as requested in the day-to-day operations of the service department.
