    • The incumbent is responsible for assisting analysts in various balance sheet analysis tasks as well as results.

      Responsibilities

      • Ensure an accounting and a good demarcation of the expenses under his responsibility;
      • Prepare usage reports for our lessor;
      • Participate in the preparation of lessor complaints files;
      • Analyze some costs of the maintenance sector and prepare reports for managers;
      • Responsible for helping and monitoring expense accounts for the entire company (Concur);

      • Participate in various projects to review the work procedures and processes;

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or DEC combined with relevant experience;
      • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
      • Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written;
      • Good work organization, professionalism, rigor, and autonomy;
      • Flexibility to work in collaboration with several managers (internal and external);
      • Knowledge of SAP, Amos & Concur (an asset).
